We invite you to join us and exhibit at the second annual Chicagoland Unconventional Bicycle Expo (CUBE). The expo will be September 30 — October 2, at The Tinley Park Convention Center in Tinley Park, Illinois.
The Tinley Park Convention Center is located just 30 miles south of downtown Chicago, is one of the Midwest’s premier meeting and convention destinations. Complete with an area for outside test riding.
Connected to the Convention Center, the Holiday Inn Tinley Park will be our hotel headquarters. All rooms include a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. They feature an indoor pool and spa area, and hotel guests can work out in the hotels work out area or get in a workout next door at LA Fitness. Parking is free and the facility is handicap accessible. Mention the CUBE when making your reservations to get the Special room at $129.00. Their phone number is 708-444-1100. CUBE is a three-day event featuring the newest in unconventional bikes, trikes, gear, accessories and collectibles. This is the only show of its kind in the America’s.
All three days will be filled with informative educational seminars, product demonstrations, and other events for dealers and bike enthusiasts. Technicians, engineers and designers from all major manufacturers of the unconventional bike, trike, component, and accessory will provide helpful, hands-on seminars, demonstrations and training sessions that will be beneficial to bike shop mechanics and DIY enthusiasts alike.
We are working closely with the Chicago Southland Convention and Visitors Bureau. Our Expo will be included in their events brochure that will be distributed to the 62 surrounding suburbs and their hotels. In addition, we will be included in their social media campaigns which include: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram.
To reserve one or more spaces, complete and sign the exhibit application form (found on our web site) and return it with payment. Space cannot be confirmed until full payment is received. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Choice locations go quickly, so register early.
Exhibit Schedule: Move-In time is Thursday, September 29, from 1:00 PM — 7:00 PM.
The Expo will start Friday, September 30th. 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM will be open to the public. Tickets will be $65.00 at the door for the Industry Dinner on Friday evening, or $55 if purchased with booth registration.
The Expo will be open on Saturday, October 1st 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
The Expo will open on Sunday, October 2nd 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Exhibits break down at the close of the show.
We expect booth reservations to fill quickly, so make sure you reserve your space as soon as possible.
