Full Body Engagement Cycling looks at both cycling and cyclist. Do you want to go faster, further, longer and harder? Many turn to purchasing new equipment, when its the cyclist that often needs the upgrading! Traditional cycling relies upon, and benefits the lower body. Full body engagement cycling relies upon engaging the entire body, to the benefit of the entire body. The result is impressive performance, but more importantly impressive health and wellness. If you work on a full body engagement bike, you'll quickly realize, not only the health benefit, but the exponential increased in fun and growing capability you'll develop. How do you do it? Its easy and fun...and you'll learn how in this program.
